Chimneys
Many chimneys are longer in use.  They are retaianed to keep the original appearance of the property.  Often boiler flues and gas fires discharge through chimneys.  Maintenace of chimneys is essential as they are often the cause of water ingress into the main fabric of the building.  Areas that need maintaining  are pointing, lead flashings/aprons, pots and cowls.

Rendering and Waterproofing
For those trouble some cracked leaking firewalls.  We have the skills to rebuild or re-render.  For a short term solution painting with a fibreglass based paint is an option..
